Web Brief AI is a multi-module briefing platform that guides a client — or a developer's client — through the full scope of a website project. The AI does the heavy lifting: it asks smart follow-up questions, improves vague answers, writes page content, analyses competitors, generates SEO strategies, and interviews clients about complex functionality requirements until it has enough to write a complete developer spec.

The output is a single, beautifully formatted PDF brief that a development team can open and start building from immediately — covering content, structure, SEO, assets, and functionality, all in one document.

The AI integration is what makes Web Brief AI genuinely different from a glorified form. Every key module is AI-assisted:

• Competitor Analysis — add competitor URLs, AI analyses positioning and gaps, then synthesises everything into a prioritised action plan you can route directly into new pages or functionality specs
• Geographic Targeting — enter a county and AI expands it into towns, generates an SEO-focused geographic strategy with keyword targets per location, and auto-creates location landing pages in the site structure

Although Web Brief AI was originally built to streamline my own client onboarding process, it was designed from the start to work for any agency or freelancer. The team and invite system lets you bring clients into a brief via email link, assign roles, and work collaboratively. SMTP configuration supports custom sending domains so everything looks on-brand when briefs are delivered.

The asset library gives every project a hosted file store — logos, images, PDFs, documents — with direct URLs included in the brief output so developers never have to chase attachments again.
