• Non-Standard Booking Logic: Standard tools couldn't manage the transition from bulk seat purchasing to individual attendee data collection and automated secure link delivery.

• Pricing Complexity: A requirement for a tiered, rule-based pricing engine that applied discounts based on category-wide volume without breaking the front-end user experience.

• Information Architecture: The need to override native WordPress and WooCommerce navigation to create a custom-mapped user journey for high-level corporate leads.
